alright here's my assignment, I have to write two stories, they have to be the same character, same setting with generally the same idea. The catch is, one has to be sad and the other has to be happy. So that's what I did...any input would be great! This has to be turned in on Monday and read to the entire class, I'm freaking out! Summary: This is a 13 part story based upon songs from "The Last Five Years". Zac's torn between doing what his heart is telling him and what was pushed upon him. This takes place over 5 years, the story starts in 2015 but has flashbacks in time. Nikki and Zac have had a very bumpy ride and are trying to rewrite their ending. Zac has branched into writing and wants to branch into directing,there is Vanessa and Zac marriage but don't worry you'll get your happy ending.

A/N: "The Last Five Years" is a musical about a couple who thinks they are happy but the husband has an infidelity, I've changed some of the song "meanings" to better fit my story but the general idea is the same. Some songs that are meant to be shared between the "happy" couple I've changed to make them between Nikki and Zac. I've also changed song order to better fit my story. I've also left out one song because it made absolutely no sense to include it. Sorry "The Schmuel Song" I still love you.
